HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT MY PACKAGE?

-We like to work fast and diligently to get your order to you. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. We also accept express orders which is 1-3 business days after the processing time. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

-We will allow you 12 hours to cancel your order. Because we work at a fast pace, we encourage you to notify us expeditiously so that we don't ship before your cancellation. Contact toptierpleasure@gmail.com to talk with someone directly when inquiring about an cancellation. If you have received a tracking number before contacting customer service it will be too late at that time to cancel as your order is already packaged and in transit to your destination.

WHERE DO TOP TIER PLEASURE SHIP FROM/TO?

-We ship out of Loughman, Florida where we are based. We ship Worldwide.

WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DOES TOP TIER PLEASURE USE?

-We use USPS as our shipping carrier. We offer priority (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days). All packages ship after our processing time which is 1-3 days.
